FAQ
What happened to custom orders?
I've decided to dedicate my time to creating and filming unique pieces, which will be sold during our collection drops. This allows me to share more of my creative journey and inspire others to start their own.
Shipping Details:
We currently ship in the United States. Once your order is placed, shipping will take 3-10 business days depending on the selected shipping choice.
Return Details:
How long does a customer have to return an item? We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition it was received in, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us below or at FiberArtbyChels@yahoo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
